Instrumentation  Engineering Branch is at present most useful, technologically highly advanced field of Process Industry automation.Now a days every large scale Process Industries is going for Automation.The Automation of  Process Industries  has been possible due to enormous technological development in measurement & control of process parameters instruments.

This Branch is not only restricted to process field but also related to the field  of                 Bio-Medical Instrumentation, Nuclear Instrumentation & Analytical Instrumentation etc.

The students of final year are learning the various advanced methods of process control of the plant such as Distributed Control System, P.L.C, SCADA practically as well as doing the  projects in the same field.

Our  Department is well equipped & have most advanced Laboratories. Such as

1 )Process Control Lab.                                                                                                           2)Bio-Medical Instrumentation Lab.                                                                                      3)Analytical Instrumentation Lab.                                                                                         4)Digital Signal Processing Lab.                                                                                           5)Electronics & Instrumentation Lab.

Department is also having 25 Pentium-IV Computers with latest  Instrumentation software for performing the practicals. Every  year one Industrial Visits &seminars       are arranged for the students  for gaining the practical knowledge
